1. Participants must upload or submit a video presentation through this link https://bit.ly/PosterSubmissionUnicopps by November 30, 2025.
2. Participants must prepare a poster in .jpg or .pdf format.
3. The poster presentation must be given in English.
4. The poster should include at least the following components:
• Title: Clear, concise, and representative of the key topics.
• Authors and Affiliations: All authors' full names and institutional affiliations.
• Introduction: Background and relevance of the research.
• Methods: ⁠A short explanation of the experimental design and implementation. Use flowcharts or illustrations if possible.
• Results: Present the main findings in clear graphs, tables, or figures.
• Discussion: Interpretation of results and their implications.
• Conclusion: Key points from the research.
• Acknowledgements (Optional): Recognition of funding sources or individuals who contributed.
• References: Only include necessary references.
• Contact Information: Email address or a QR code linking to the participant’s Google Scholar/SINTA profile.
• Logos: Place the UNICOPPS logo in the top right corner and the participant’s institutional logo to the left of the UNICOPPS logo. UNICOPPS logo downloadable via the following link https://linktr.ee/UnicoppsUNJAYA.
5. Participants must prepare a video presentation that explains the poster, with a maximum duration of 10 minutes.
6. Video must be recorded in HD format (1280 × 720 or other “720p” settings).
7. The video must be saved in MPEG-4 (.mp4) format, using the following file naming convention: “Full Name Without Title_Institution.”
8. On the poster presentation day, the session will consist of the video screening, followed by a five-minute Question-and-Answer (Q&A) session.
9. Other participants (including conference attendees and oral presenters) are welcome to attend poster sessions and may ask questions during the Q&A.
10. Only participants who deliver the presentation will be eligible to receive a certificate as a poster presenter.
